Procedure of weighting and balloting for places of Grand Prix participants of "Mayor`s Cup" heavyweight tournament in Novosibirsk

 At the moment in Novosibirsk procedure of weighting and balloting for places of Grand Prix heavyweight participants on the eve of  "Mayor`s Cup" tournament that will take place tomorrow, on Saturday, on the 28th of November at 2 p.m. (Moscow time zone), is being held.

By results of a toss-up were defined quarter-final pairs of Grand prix of heavyweights:

Pair №1: Alexei Oleynik (Kharkov, Ukraine) vs Eddy Bangtsson (Goterborg, Sweden)

Pair №2: Shamil Abdurahimov (Rostov-on-Don, Russia) vs Thiago "Big Monster" Santos (Rio-de-Janeiro, Brazil)

Pair №3: Ricco Rodriguez (USA) vs Moise Rimbon (Paris, France)

Pair №4: Baga Agaev (St Petersburg, Russia) vs Michael Kita  (Amsterdam, Holland)
 

In a semi-final, the winner of the first pair meets the winner of the second pair and the winner of the third pair meets the winner of the fourth pair. Fighters won semifinal fights meet in a final duel for a title of champion Gran-Pri in heavy weight.

Mohamed Gur (Turkey) - 71.5 kg (a sportsmen has 0.5 kg overweight but he got a chance to reach the necessary weight)
